Mind Body Studies (MBS) is a philosophy of movement and a learning system that applies to everyday living.  The focus is on the way in which our mind (including the physical brain and our mental processes) and our body continuously, and naturally, collaborate.  Fundamental to MBS is the recognition that movement is directly related to neural connections and patterns in the brain, directly affecting our thoughts, emotions and self-image, and vice versa.  We can learn about ourselves and change our behavior through thought; and, we can also learn about ourselves and change our thought, through movement. 


After fifty years of sharing this work through workshops and courses, we have heard your desires for a more convenient platform to study. We created SíA as the most effective way for you to learn wherever you may be.
